Winning bidder must pay buyer premium and escrow deposit in the form of a cashiers check within 24 hours of the auction ending or the next highest bid will be accepted. Buyer premium is 10% of the high bid amount or $3,000 whichever is higher. Earnest money deposit is 10% of the high bid amount. Both are non refundable for any reason once received.
